Contemporary Dining at Cilantro Restaurant & Terrace

Cilantro Restaurant & Terrace at Novotel Brisbane serves a full buffet breakfast with healthy choice options and offers a la carte dining at night with a selection of wines by the glass and bottle.

Breakfast is served from 6am till 10am Monday to Friday and 6.30am till 10.30am Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Enjoy traditional favorites and also opt for newly introduced organic items. You may even kick start your day by creating a fresh juice. 
 
Dinner is served from 6pm till 9.30pm Monday through to Sunday.

Cilantro's offers both inside and outside dining with WiFi connectivity available (fees apply).

 Enjoy Light Meals & Bar Snacks at the new Amber Lobby Bar

The newly refurbished Amber Lobby Bar at Novotel Brisbane offers all day dining from 10am in a comfortable and  sophisticated environment. Amber offers inside and outside seating with large screen TV's for those big events and WiFi connectivity (fees apply) for those corporate meetings. Choose from a wide selection of International beers, including draught beer and wines by the glass and bottle.

Barista made coffee's take the cake in Barastor

Barastor Cafe is located on Astor Terrace, located behind Novotel Brisbane. EAT made to order gourmet breakfast, fresh pastries and cakes, sandwiches, salads and gourmet pizza. Try the 10 for $10 lunch menu options or enjoy traditional favorites. DRINK freshly brewed barista made coffee's, a large selection of International and domestic beer and wines by the glass and bottle. ENJOY a relaxed atmosphere with seating inside and outside, great music and friendly welcoming service.

Barastor is open from 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday

Private Dining in your room

Room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Start with a Healthy choice breakfast served with barista made coffee, enjoy a light option or snack menu for lunch and then a full menu option available for dinner. For those out late at night or enjoying one of the inhouse movies a late night menu is also available.
